Weather for Today: Overcast and Coolish……

Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went on our weekly trip to the YMCA. We took Scarborough 86 bus to Kennedy Station. We the RT to McCowan Station. We walked to the YMCA. We went to the Family change room and got into our gym clothes. We then went up stairs to the indoor track. After walking 2 kilometers on the track we went swimming in the pool. The water was a little cool, but we enjoyed ourselves anyway. We got back in to our street clothes and walked to the Scarborough Town Centre. We ate lunch in the food court. We then walked around the Town Centre for a while. We then took the TTC back to school.
Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
