Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did our weekly Weekend Journal activity. When we had finished writing in our journals we presented our work to the class.
Period B : We went to the gym to join Ms. McDonald’s class for phys ed but the class was not there. They were in the library to take advantage of the A/C. Instead, we walked to Eastview Park to play in the water park.
Period C: We went to the Athletic Awards assembly in the cafeteria. It was a very long assembly but we all got some recognition for all the events we had taken part in over the year.
Period D: The assembly went on until 2:20 at which time we came back to our classroom. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
