Period A : Mr. Makan was away today and we had Ms. Naheed as our EA. We got into the Tie Dye T-Shirts that we made on Tuesday so we could take a group shot of us in our shirts. Here is the picture….
We then went to the Computer Lab in Room 204 and worked on various educational programs.
Period B : We used the IWB to lead us in some Yoga exercises. Here is a video of us doing Yoga…
We then did a Body Scan Mindfulness exercise.
Period C: We met Ms. Queen in S-7 where we watched the movie Finding Nemo.
Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
