Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went out into the community to deliver the Bluffs Monitor newspaper.
Period B : We began the period by tying the T-Shorts will be using to do some tie-dye. When we had finished we went to the gym to join Ms. McDonald’s class. We did the 12 Minute run then used the parachute to do some exercises.
Period C: We began a new project in Ms. Queen’s class today. We will be making landscape art with mixed media, including water colour paint and fabric pieces.
Period D: We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
