We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went on our weekly trip to the YMCA. We took Scarborough 86 bus to Kennedy Station. We the RT to McCowan Station. We walked to the YMCA. We went to the Family change room and got into our gym clothes. We then went upstairs to the indoor track where we walked for almost 2 kilometers. We then went downstairs and worked out on various fitness machines... We then walked to Scarborough Town Centre where we ate our lunch in the Food Court. When we had finished lunch we went the Walmart in the mall to buy the groceries for tomorrows’ lunch. We then took the TTC back to school. We went to the ME Kitchen to put away the groceries.
We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting
