Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. Then we went to the ME Kitchen to prepare our lunch. Mark and Brandon set the table. Ahmed helped with clean up as well as peeling some potatoes. Fahim also helped with cleaning. Rebeca prepped the celery for the Tuna Salad mix for the melts. Amena grated the carrots for the Cole Slaw. Amena and Rebeca then buttered the English Muffins and portioned out the tuna mixture.
Period B: We continued with our lunch prep. We all took turns making the Tuna Melts by putting the tuna mixture and cheese on the toasted English Muffins.

Period C: We met Ms. Queen the ME Kitchen. We all helped to clean the kitchen and do the dishes. We then had our dessert of Jello. We went to S-7 where we were working on a new project by painting rocks for use on next Tuesdays Earth Day Celebrations.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk. We filled in the
Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
