Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went out to finish our delivery of the Bluffs Monitor Community Newspaper. When we got back to school we went to the Computer Lab where we worked on various educational programs.
Period B: We did some Yoga Asanas with the help of a video we watched on the IWB. We then did a Body Scan Mindfulness Exercise.
Period C: Ms. Queen was away again today so once again we had Mr. Turnbull as our Occasional teacher. We watched a movie called Parent Trap.
Period D: We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
Note to Parents: We will be going on a field trip to City TV on Monday. Students will need a bag lunch or $ for lunch.
