High: 10°C LOW : -8°C P.O.P. : 10%
Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went to the Computer Lab to work on our pet research project.
Period B : We used the IWB to complete a series of Yoga asana’s, such as Sarvasngasana, or the shoulder stand. When we had finished our Yoga session we did a Body Scan Mindfulness Exercise.
Period C: We worked on our Paper Mache Work Project. At the end of the period Mr. Wilkens brought us the Baklava we had made yesterday. It was delicious!
