Weather for Today: Partly Cloudy and Cold….
High: 3°C LOW : -3°C P.O.P. : 20%
Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then did our Weekend Journal activity. We began by writing out in point form some of what we had done over the weekend. When we had finished making our notes we went to the Computer Lab in Room 204 to create a Word document which we sent to Mr. Wilkens by email.
Period B : We finished off our Weekend reports. We then went out into the neighbourhood to deliver the Bluffs Monitor Community Newspaper. We were able to finish the Payzac route today.
Period C: In Art class today we continued work on our Paper Mache platters. Today we cut out pictures from magazine’s to use in our project.
Period D: We used the IWB to begin learning about Self Regulation. We learned a strategy to help with this skill, the process of Deep Breathing. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
