Period A : Brandon went to his Co-op placement at Shoppers Drug Mart. He was kept busy stocking merchandise on store shelves. The rest of us had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went to the CPC-ML where we prepared our lunch of Tuna Melts with French Fries and Cole Slaw. Fahim peeled and grated the carrots. Mark and Nerushan set the table. Amena and Vivian cut up the Green Onions. Rebeca cut up some celery. Matthew grated the Cheddar Cheese. Daidrean prepped the English Muffins. We then all had a chance to put the Tuna salad on the muffins so Mr. Wilkens could cook them under the broiler.
Period B : We continued with our lunch prep. When we had done we all got help out making some Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert. We then went to the Computer lab in Room 204 to work on individual educational programs.

Period C: We watched a video about sacred dancing among the Cree indigenous people.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
