Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went to the CPC-ML to make some paratha’s, a type of South Asian flatbread.
Period B : We continued to work on making the paratha’s.
Period C: We watched a movie about Indigenous hunting traditions.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
