Daily Report for Tuesday April 23^rd 2019

Weather for Today: Rainy and Warmish….

Period A : Amena went to her Co-op placement at Giant Tiger. She was working in the back of the store hanging shirts and shorts. The rest of us had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then did our Weekend Journal activity. We made point form notes describing what we had done over the long weekend. When we were done we went to the Computer Lab in Room 204 where we used the notes to make a journal entry using Microsoft Word. We then emailed the document to Mr. Wilkens.

Period B : We continued to work on our journals. When we were done we went to the CPC-ML to help Mr. Wilkens prepare a meal for the Maplewood Mindfulness Community Lunch. We also went to Room S-7 to help set the table for lunch.

Period C: We continued work on our Paper Mache platters. We also made some toilet paper roll flowers.

Period D: Most of the class went to a practice session for the upcoming Track and Field Meet. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
