Weather for Today: Overcast and Coldish….
High: 9°C LOW : 1°C P.O.P. : 30%
Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went to the CPC-ML to make some Baklava, a Middle Eastern nut filled pastry. Frances supervised setting up the Mise en place and then we all helped to make the Baklava, which turned out to be a relatively complicated and time consuming process.
Period B : We continued with the prep of the Baklava. When we had finished we went to the computer lab in Room 204 where we worked on our Pet’s research project.
Period C: We finished off our Paper Mache platters. Tomorrow we hope to be able to begin our next project, a mural in one of the hallways in the school.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
