Period A : Frances and Amena were unable to go to co-op this morning because Ms. Cameron was away today. We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then left to go grocery shopping at No Frills for tomorrow’s lunch. We will be having Falafel on a Pita and Tabbouleh Salad.
Period B : When we got back from shopping we put away the groceries in the CPC-ML. We then watched some videos of the Folk Dance Fest that we hope to be able to take part in later this year.
Period C: In Art class today we continued work on our latest project, a Paper Mache Tray. Fahim and Brandon began making their platters with shredded newspaper and white glue. The rest of us prepared our paper to use later.
Period D: We watched a video on the IWB about self-regulation. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
