Today was the long-awaited day that we were able to resume our trips to the Scarborough YMCA. As usual, we began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went outside where we got on the Scarborough 86 E bus to Kennedy station. We then took the LRT to McCowan station. From there we walked to the Scarborough YMCA. We went to the family change room and got into our gym clothes. We went upstairs to the track and walked and or ran some laps. We then went back to the change room where we changed into our swimwear. We had a good time in the pool. When we had changed back into our street clothes we walked to the Scarborough Town Centre where we had lunch in the Food Court. We walked around the mall for a bit and then we walked to the local Freshco to buy the groceries for tomorrow’s lunch.
We took the TTC back to school. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness meditation sitting.
