Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then did our Weekend Journal activity. We wrote in our journals some of the things we did over the weekend. When we had finished writing we presented our work to the class.
Period B: We joined Ms. McDonald’s class in the gym. After we had changed into our gym wear we did a 12 minute run. We then sat in a circle and did some stretches. We then played a game called Soccer/Baseball. We divided the classes into 2 teams. The game was a combination of soccer and baseball.
Period C: We met Ms. Queen in S-7. Today we were able to finish off the Fabric Pencil Case project we had been working on.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
