Period A: Ahmed Fahim and Amena went to their Co-op placement at Giant Tiger.The rest of us had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did Current Events we represented work to the class.
Period B: We met Ms. McDonald in the gym. We warmed up by playing with the basketball. Then we went to the weight room where we had 4 areas to do different tasks:task 1. lifting the weight bar task 2. to do exercise with medicine ball. Task 3 we did push ups and task 4 was to walk in the hallway with the dumbells.
Period C: We met Ms. Queen in S-7 . We wash the dishes and dry them and letter pocket project.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
