Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went to the ME Kitchen to prepare our lunch. Brandon, Nerissa and Matthew peeled the potatoes. Shakur, Mark and Nerushan set the table. Fahim cut up the garnish for the salad. We all got to help out breading the chicken. Here is a video of Fahim working at the breading station.
During this period all the students who are not graduating this year went to Ms. Funnels office to do their course selection for next year.
Period B: We continued with prep for lunch for a while and then went back to our classroom where we were working on the Garbage Sorting flipchart program on the IWB
Period C: We began by cleaning up the kitchen and doing the dishes. When we had done the clean up we had our dessert of Chocolate pudding. When we had eaten our dessert we went back to S-7 where we continued working on our pencil cases.
Period D: We did half of our delivery route for the Bluffs Monitor Community paper. We had some Hot Chocolate. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
