Period A: Amena went to her co-op placement at Giant Tiger. We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then used to IWB to learn about self regulation.
Period B: We met Ms. McDonald in the gym. We began with some Yoga exercises. Then we played a game of Soccer/Baseball.
Period C: Today we began a new project. We are going to making aprons with our initials on them.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
