Period A: Emily, Ahmed and Fahim went to their coop
placements at the Giant Tiger. The rest
of us began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went to the
Computer Room.
Period B: We met Ms. Queen in Room S7. We set the table
for the Mindfulness Community Lunch. Once we finished with setting the table we painted with water colours a
landscape picture. After lunch we went
to the Dance Club in the Gym.
Period C: We went to the Library for a workshop On
Library cards and its facilities for students . We then went to ME Kitchen to
wash all the dishes .

D: We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation Sit.
