Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We went
to the Computer Lab where we worked on various educational programs for the
first part of the period. We then went back to our classroom where we practiced
the song we will be singing at the Year End Assembly.

Period B: We met Ms. Queen in S-7. We finished off our
Hand Puppets today. We will not be bringing them home today as we will be using
them in an act we hope to put on for the Year End Assembly. We began work on
the act today by using YouTube to do some research on jokes.
Period C: We had weekly Yoga activity. We used a Web
Site, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CITc2AxYnPY
that showed us how to do different Standing Asanas. When we had done our Yoga
we did a Body Scan Mindfulness Exercise.
Period
D:We were just going out for a Community Walk when the fire alarm went off ! It
was a fire drill, not the real thing. When the all clear sounded we went for
our Community Walk. When we got back to class we filled in the Daily Report.
