Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
went for our weekly trip to the computer lab where we worked on individual
educational programs.
Period B: We met Ms. Queen in S-7. Today we used
watercolour paints to do some painting We painted pictures of owls and
different birds. We also made some cards to say good bye to Mr. Wilkens and Mr.
Makan.
Period C: We had our weekly Yoga activity. Using a Web
site on the Promethean Board we did various standing Asanas. We then did a Body
Scan Mindfulness Exercise.
Period
D: We went for a Community Walk. Today
we did the Go Train Route. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a
Mindfulness Meditation Sit.
Note to Parents : The class will be having a Pizza lunch
on Monday.
