Daily Report for Tuesday June 13th 2017

       

Weather for Today: Partly Cloudy and Hot ….

Period A: Mr. Wilkens was away for the day. We had Mr. Turnbull as our Occasional Teacher. We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then did our weekly Current Events activity. Using articles from the 24 Hours newspaper we filled in our worksheets. After we had finished our worksheets we presented our work to the class.

Period B: We began by setting the table for the Maplewood Mindfulness Community Lunch. We then continued work on our latest project, a Tie Dye T-Shirt.

After lunch we went on stage in the Cafeteria to practice our act for the Year End Assembly.

Period C: We practiced our song for the Final Assembly. We then went for a Community walk.

Period D: We were unable to fill in the Daily Report, so we did this report on Wednesday. Instead, we used the Promethean Board to read some stories. We had a Mindfulness Meditation Sit.
