Period A: Fahim, Emily and Ahmed went to their final day
of Co-op at Giant Tiger. They hung clothes to be put on display. The rest of
the class began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then did our weekly Current
Events activity. We cut pictures out of the 24 Hour Newspaper and used the
paper to fill in our worksheets. When we had done with our worksheets we
presented our work to the class.
Period B: We met Ms. Queen in S-7. We then set the table
for the Maplewood Mindfulness Community lunch. When we had done, we went to the
cafeteria to practice the acts we will be performing in tomorrow’s Year End
Assembly.
After lunch we went on stage to practice with the Dance
Club for the assembly.
Period C: Once again we practiced our songs for the
assembly. We then went for a Community Walk.
Period
D: We began by practicing the jokes we will be telling in our Puppet Show for
the Year End Assembly. We then filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness
Meditation Sit.
Note to Parents : BBQ Lunch tomorrow. Students do not
need to bring a lunch.
