had our Mindfulness Minutes. We talked about the classroom rules and
expectations. We talked about what we did over the summer.
Period B:. We
wrote in our journals what we did over the summer. We presented our journals to
the class.
Period C: We
filled in Daily Report. We went for a walk around the school. We had a
mindfulness sitting.
Period D: We
went to our gym class with Mr. Persaud
