Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did our daily Calendar activity.

Period B: We did a Yoga session. We did so well at Yoga Mr. Wilkens let us have free time with our new class set of IPads.

Period C: We filled in the Daily Report. We went for a community walk. We had a Body Scan Mindfulness sitting.

Period D: We went to our gym class with Mr. Persaud
