Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did our calendar activity. We coloured in pictures of leaves for the class’s window display.

Period B: We used the whiteboard to do an exercise video on GoNoodle. We began to learn how to play a recorder. Today we learned how to play the notes B and A.

Period C: We filled in the Daily Report. We went for a walk around the school. We had a mindfulness sitting.

Period D: We went to our gym class with Mr. Persaud
