Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did our Calendar activity. We used the whiteboard to do a sorting activity about the food groups for healthy eating. We watched a video about healthy eating.  

Period B:. We went to the Community Kitchen. We made some Chocolate Chip Cookies. We cleaned up the kitchen.

Period C: We filled in the Daily Report. We went for a walk around the school. We had a mindfulness sitting.

Period D: We went to our gym class with Mr. Persaud
