Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did our Calendar activity. We watched a Jataka Tales video.

Period B: We used the whiteboard to do a session of Yoga. 

Period C: We filled in the Daily Report. We went for a walk around the school. We had a mindfulness sitting.

Period D: We went to our gym class with Mr Persaud
