Weather for Today: Sunny and Hot…..

Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went on our weekly trip to the YMCA. We took Scarborough 86 bus to Kennedy Station. We took the RT to McCowan Station. We walked to the YMCA. We went to the Family change room and got into our gym clothes. We then went upstairs to the indoor track. After walking 2 kilometers on the track we went downstairs to use various types of fitness equipment. We got back in to our street clothes and walked to the Scarborough Town Centre. We ate lunch in the food court. We then walked to the local Freshco to buy the groceries for tomorrow’s lunch of Hamburgers, Fries and Cole Slaw.
Period D: We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
