Weather for Today: Partly Cloudy and Quite Warm…

Period A : Brandon and Nerissa went to the Special Olympics Media Event at Toronto Police H.Q. The rest of us had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then did our Weekend Journal activity. We wrote in our journals some of the things we had done over the weekend. When we had all finished writing in our journals we presented our work to the class.
Period B : We met Ms. McDonald in the gym. We began with the Twelve Minute Run. Then we went outside to practice our baseball skills.

Period C: We began a new project today. Those of us who made a pillow in Ms. Queens class last year, will be making some fabric handbags. Those who did not make a pillow last year will be making one this year.
Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
