Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did the Daily Report from last Friday that we did have enough time for on Friday. Then we did our Weekend Journal activity. We wrote in our journals some of the things that we had done over the weekend. When we had finished writing in our journals we presented our work to the class.
Period B : We met Ms. McDonald in the gym. We began with the 12 minute run. We then warmed up by using the parachute. Here is a video of us using the parachute…
After we had warmed up we played a game of indoor soccer.
Period C: We continued working on our Mother’s Day project, a floral decorated potholder.
Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
