We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went on the Field Trip to Springboard Day Program. We walked up to Lawrence and took the Lawrence 54 bus to Midland. The Springboard program facility was right on the north west corner of Lawrence and Midland. We had a tour of the facility and saw the classrooms, the computer room and the kitchen. We were given some papers about the program to take home to our parents.
When we had finished our tour we got on the LRT to Scarborough Town Centre where we ate lunch in the Food Court. We then took the TTC back to school.
Period C: We continued work on our pillows and Handbags.
Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
