Daily Report for Tuesday February 28th 2017

Weather for Today: Overcast and Cool…..

HIGH : 7°C                            LOW : -2 °C                    P.O.P. : 40%

Period A: Ms. McDonald is away for the week. We have Mr. Sullivan as our Occasional teacher. We played some basketball and also some floor hockey.

Period B: Mr. Wilkens was at a PD session this morning and we had Mr. Kastris as our occasional teacher. We did a Mindfulness sitting. We then were called down to the Cafeteria for the last special event of Mental Health Month. It was a pancake eating  contest pitting four teams against each other. Emily and Rebeca were on different teams. It was a very fun event.

Some of us went to badminton practice at lunch.

Period C: We went to S-7 to help clean up from the Maplewood Mindfulness Community Lunch. We then back to our classroom where we did some Money Math activities on the Promethean Board.

Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had our Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
