Weather for Today: Partly Cloudy and Cold, though not too

Period A: We met Ms. McDonald in the Gym. We began by
running some laps around the gym. We then played a game that involved
catching and tagging each other. We then played a Bean Bag Toss game. To finish
off we practiced our Badminton skills.
Period B: We began
with our Mindfulness Minutes . We then did our weekly Weekend Journal Activity.
Period C: We went to S-7 to wash the dishes and clean up
from the Maplewood Mindfulness Community lunch. We then went back to class to
put the finishing touches on our secret Ceramic Project.
Period
D: We filled in the Daily Report. We had our Mindfulness Meditation
sitting. We went to the Cafeteria for the Valentine’s Day Dance.
