Weather for Today: Partly Cloudy and COLD….

Period A: Nerissa and Rebeca went to the last day of
their co-op placement at Old Navy. They folded and Hung up various merchandise.
When the job was done the girls went with Ms. Jack, their job coach, to eat
lunch at the Food Court. The rest of the class met Ms. McDonald in the Gym. We
played some basketball and also did a little Yoga.
Period B: We began
with our Mindfulness Minutes . We then went for our weekly trip to the Computer
Lab where we worked on individual educational programs.
Period C: We once again were able to begin our Yoga
Activity in Period C Fridays. We watched and followed a Web Site that helped us
with different Asanas. Here is a link to the site if you would like

We then had our weekly Body Scan Mindfulness Exercise.
Period
D: We went for a Community Walk. We
checked out a new site on the Promethean Board. It was called Who Wants to Be a
Millionaire.

We filled in the Daily Report.
Note to Parents: We will be going swimming at the YMCA on
Monday. Students need swim wear and a towel.
