Today was the first day of the new school year ! When we
got to class Mr. Wilkens and Mr. Makan assigned us our
lockers. We then had a class discussion where we came up with some class
guidelines (rules !) After we had finished writing out the class rules Mr.
Wilkens told us about the different activities and learning we will be doing
over the next year.
Today was a short
day so we had no lunch period. At 11:10 we all went to Room S-16, the Art Room
where we met our Art Teacher. Mr. Stolte
went over the rules for the art room and told us about our first project which
will be a personalized Portfolio. He even gave us some homework, asking us to
think of a favourite color to use for
our Portfolio.
We got out of school at 12:00 noon, however many of our
buses were late and some of us did not get picked up till 1:00 !
