Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. Mr.
Wilkens gave us a lesson on using point form notes to help us write our Weekend
Journals. We all wrote in our Weekend Journals about what we had done over the
weekend. When we had finished our journals we presented our work to the class.
Period B: We did a Money Math activity. We were given an assortment of coins and bills. (Plastic Money) Using the Promethean Board Mr.
Wilkens went over the different coins. We then used the Promethean Board to
come up with different amounts using different values of coins.
After lunch the class went to the Computer Lab.
Period C: We went for a Community walk. We filled in the
Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation Sit.
Period D: We will be continuing to work on our Art
Portfolio's.
