Period A: Frances went to her Co-op placement at Canadian
Tire. The rest of the class went to Food School. Daidrean prepped some potatoes.
Aaisha wrote the menu on the whiteboard. Khina and Aaisha grated some cheese
for tomorrow’s pizza. Aaliyah, all by herself, washed the dishes from Breakfast
Club and set up the Staff Dining Room.
Period B: We had our Morning Mindfulness Minutes. We went
to the CPC-ML for our weekly cooking activity. Today we made some Empire
Cookies.

Period C: We went back to the kitchen to finish off our
cookies.

Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the
Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
Note to Parents: Field Trip to Allen Gardens tomorrow.
Students need to bring a bagged lich or $ to purchase lunch.
