Period A: Frances, Khina and Aaliyah wrote the menu on
the whiteboard. Frances and Aaisha peeled some carrots. Khina and Aaliyah made
some Peanut Sauce. Deandre set up the Staff Dining Room. Deandre and Daidrean
made some sweets. They also cut up some onions.
Period B: We had our Morning Mindfulness Minutes. We then did our Weekend Journal Activity. We
wrote in our journal’s some of what we had done over the weekend. When we had
all finished we presented our work to the class.
Period C: we went to the Computer Lab in Room 204 to
begin work on our Winter Holiday Research projects.
Period D: As it was too cold and wet to go for a
Community Walk, we walked around the inside of the school. We filled in the
Daily Report. We had a Body Scan Mindfulness Meditation.
