Period A: Frances went to her Co-op placement at Giant
Tiger. She put Christmas clothes on hangers. Aaisha and Aaliyah set up the
Staff Dining Room. Aaisha also portioned out some grated coconut. Aaliyah
helped to prep some vegetables for Turkey stock. Deandre and Daidrean wrote the
menu on the whiteboard. They also portioned out some dry macaroni.
Period B: We had our Morning Mindfulness Minutes. We went
to the Art Room ( S-16) where continued work on our Ceramic project, a hand
built mug. Today we put the bottoms and handles on our mugs.
Period C: We had our weekly drama activity. We acted out
different feelings. Then we did two new dram activities, one where we split
into pairs and did a mirror action. We then formed a circle where we had to
make a sound and then we went around the circle and repeated the sounds. We
finished off our Drama with three games of Musical Chairs.
Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the
Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
