Daily Report for Friday February 2nd 2018

Weather for Today: Sunny and CCCCCOLD !  

High: -10°C                  LOW : -17°C                 P.O.P. : 30%

We went to the ME Kitchen were we prepped our lunches. We had a short session of Mindfulness Minutes.

We then left school to go to Allen Gardens. We took the Scarborough 86 bus to Kennedy Station. We then got on the Line 2 subway westbound to Sherbourne Station. We went out onto the street and got on the 75 Sherbourne southbound to Gerrard  St. We then walked to Allen Gardens.

It was warm and beautiful inside the big greenhouse. 

We explored the different habitats in the Gardens and saw turtles, Koi and many different types of plants.

It was a great place to visit on such a cold wintry day !

We then made a walk through the frigid cold to College Park where we ate the lunch that we had made at the Food Court. We then took the Line 1 subway northbound to Yonge-Bloor Station where we got on the Line 2 subway eastbound back to Kennedy Station then back on the Scarborough 86 to school.

We got back in time have some well deserved Hot Chocolate and fill in the Daily Report.

Note to Parents : Please ensure that students bring gym clothes to school on Monday. This includes running shoes !
