Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went to the computer lab where we worked on various educational programs.
Period B: We used the IWB to do some yoga exercises. Then we did a Body Scan Mindfulness Exercise.
Period C: We met Ms. Queen in S-7. We watched a movie about a wedding. It was an enjoyable movie.
Period D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We used the IWB to do some research about Harbourfront.
