Period A: Amena went to her Co-op placement at Giant Tiger. The rest of us had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then wrote in our Weekend Journals.
Period B: We went to the gym to join Ms. McDonald’s class for gym. Today we did the Twelve minute run. Then we played a game called Holy Moly. It involved running across the gym and trying not to lose your tabs. Rebeca was “it” and she did a good job catching other players. Here is a video of us playing Holly Moly.
Then we played a game of Monster Ball. It was a lot of fun as well.
Period C: We met Ms. Queen in S-7. We cleaned up the dishes from the Mindfulness lunch. We began a new project today. We are making pencil cases out of cloth.
Period D: We practiced the song we hope to be singing next Monday at the Black History Month Assembly. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
