Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. Ahmed
and Mark went to their co-op placement at Eastview Public School. They washed
out the bins for snack program. The rest of us went to the ME Kitchen to
continue the food prep for tomorrow’s Holiday Feast.
Period B: We continued to work on the food prep. We then
went back to our class where we practiced our act for the assembly. We then did
a Body Scan Mindfulness exercise.
Period C: We met
Mr. Watson in S-18. We continued work on our Christmas ornaments and our wooden
candle holders.
Period
D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had
our Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
