Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. Fahim
and Matthew went to their co-op placement at the Boys and Girls Club. They
helped to clean the computer room. The rest of us went to No Frills to buy some
groceries for the Holiday Feast. When we got back we went to the ME Kitchen to
continue food prep for the feast. Emily and Ahmed cut up celery and onions for
the dressing.
Period B: We continued with the Food Prep. We all got a
chance to decorate the Gingerbread Cookies we made yesterday.
At lunch we went to practice our Dance Club performance
on the stage in the cafeteria.
Period C: We met Mr. Watson in S-7 where we helped to
clean up and do the dishes for the Maplewood Mindfulness Community Lunch. Then
we went to the ME Kitchen to finish the clean up there.
Period
D: We filled in the Daily Report. We went to a Holiday Dance in the
Cafeteria.
Note to Parents: Tomorrow the Food School will be
offering a Holiday Turkey Lunch for the bargain price of $ 5.00.
