Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We began
with Circle Talk where we spoke about what we had done over the weekend. Fahim
and Matthew went to their co-op placement at the Boys and Girls Club. They were
sorting Christmas presents. The rest of us wrote in our Weekend Journals. At
the end of the period we presented our journals to the class.
Period B: We did a money math activity using plastic
money and a money math flipchart on the Promethean Board.
Period C: Mr. Watson is back today. We met him in S-7
where we helped to wash the dishes from the Maplewood Mindfulness Community
lunch. We then went to S-18 where we continued to work on the wooden Christmas tree
decorations. Those of us who had finished our decorations watched a movie.
Period
D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had
our Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
