Weather for Today: Light Flurries and Cold….

Period A: Ms. Lupo was away today and we had Ms. Diaz as
our teacher. We went upstairs and washed our hands and faces. We continued work
on our “ All About Me “ posters. Today we cut out some more pictures from
magazines.
Period B: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. Myrron
and Scottie set the table for the Maplewood Mindfulness Community lunch. We
then had our weekly drama activity. We played three games of Musical Chairs.
Nerissa won the first game, Rebeca won the second game and Keyur won the last
game. We then did the Circle Dance activity.
Period C: Nerissa, Rebeca and Emily went to their co-op
placement at Value Village. The rest of the class worked on the Current Events
activity.
Period D: We did our classroom jobs. We filled in the
daily report. We had our daily Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
Note to Parents: We will be going swimming at the YMCA.
Please ensure students have swim wear and a towel.
