Period A: We went upstairs and washed our hands and
faces. We continued to work on using the dictionary to look up words to use in
our “ All About Me “ project.
Period B: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
went upstairs to the Computer Lab where we worked on various educational
programs.
Period C: We had our weekly Yoga session led by Ms.
Merlin. We did some breathing exercises and then practiced some different poses
such as the Tree pose, the Table pose, Downward Dog and Child pose.
Period D: We did our classroom jobs. We filled in the
daily report. We had our daily Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
Note to Parents : We will be going to the YMCA on Monday.
Please ensure students have gym clothes and proper footwear.
