Weather for Today: Sunny and Cold…

Period A: Ms. Lupo was away today and we had Ms. Diaz as
our teacher. We washed our hands and faces. We continued work on our “ All About Me “ posters. Today we cut out
pictures from magazines and collected them in a plastic bag.
Period B: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
went upstairs to the computer lab where we worked on various educational
programs.
Period C: Ms. Merlin led us in various Yoga practices. We
did some breath work and then practiced different Yoga postures.
Period D: We did our classroom jobs. We filled in the
daily report. We had our daily Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
